I bought this chair (with a different cover) for my daughter who is now 4 1/2. We happily used it for several years.
Pros:
Six height positions make a big difference. The lowest one is near the floor and she could climb in by herself at 12 months - great for the do-it-myself phase, and for communicating "I'm hungry". We even used it occasionally as an easy chair in the living room.
It folds up very easily and quickly, and can be rolled on its casters in either the folded or open position.
I never thought I'd use the recline feature, but it's great for a little baby - again, not as a feeding chair since a baby that young doesn't need solids, but just as a way to sit with the family at the table.
The tray is large, unlatches with one hand, and stays level while the seat reclines.
The cover that I have is reversible and machine washable - no guarantees about the leatherette one shown here.
Cons:
It's large enough for my 4 1/2 year...Read more

We have a slightly older version of this high chair--the features are comparable. I knew when I was putting it together that this item would require extra supervision given that it is so flimsy. What I didn't realize was that the buckle could be opened by the baby just leaning forward. After removing the tray for one second, with an adult less than three feet away, our 8 month old leaned forward and, apparently with just the pressure from her legs and belly, released the clasp of the restraint and tumbled to the floor. She bruised her forehead and fractured her femur. Needless to say, we were mortified. Please don't buy this product
