Comment: We purchased this high chair a little over a year ago and today we are looking at replacing it. The material has not held up to cleaning several times a day. It is a nice looking chair but I am not happy with it.

Comment: I love this chair! The design is very mod, and it is very practical! My little boy is the spit-up king, and clean up was a breeze! I hate having baby crap out, so I fold it when not in use, it takes less then a minute and I just slip it in a closet. I love the look of the chair, way less bulky and nerdy from other high chairs. This is perfect for young, hip parents! I loved the other Bloom chair, but this one is half the price and way more practical. I will tell all my friends to get this when they need a high chair!

Love everything about this chair. No idea why other rated it poorly since this chair is absolutely as described: looks fantastic, sturdy, cleans easily, and folds down to really thin (this is the most important part for us since we live in a small space).

Summary: complete waste of money 2009-07-21
Comment: I never write reviews on amazon but am compelled to keep people from making the mistake of buying this high chair. Although it looks good, it's not functional. The seat is too reclined, making the child slouch. That problem, combined with a tray that doesn't slide up close enough to the child, makes it so every single spill will end up in the child's lap (I've perfected taping my son's bib to the bottom of the tray). The seat cover has deep crevices and seams that get caulked with food at every feeding. The hinges on the side are at the most convenient spot for dirty hands, so it's always caked with food remnants as well. Maybe I'm not OCD enough to own this chair and keep things clean! Also, the coconut white is more of an off-white.

Comment: I just got this yesterday and so far so good. I put it together in about 5 minutes even though it did not come with any assembly instructions (I guess they forgot to include them)! It was very easy to put together and it looks really great. I put my baby in it straight away and she seemed safe secure and happy. The big pluses for me at the moment are as follows:

Fabric is really easy to clean
Good size tray, with slide in and out option
Stylish design, not heavy and clunky
BPA free (very important factor for us)
Very easy to fold up and store
I have read some other reviews about babies slouching etc... in the chair but I did not notice this with my daughter. Some people also mentioned that the legs stick out far and that they were tripping over them. I could imagine that could happen in a very tiny place but I don't think this is a problem in an average sized kitchen.
I really like everything about the chair so far. The only reason I haven't given it 5 stars is because I have just used it twice, but so far a great product.
