Bumbo Baby Sitter - Blue

I loved the Bumbo for my son from ages 3.5 mo. to about 6 mo. He started pushing and leaning recently...and a little too far to one side. Just as the WARNINGS on the box state not to set the Bumbo up on any surface from the floor, DO NOT DO IT!! Tonight I had my old son (6 mo.) in it on our wood floor, and he kept leaning and popped right out of it and onto his belly on the floor! Thank God he was on the floor and not up on our couch, table or kitchen counter! It's really great when your baby wants to start sitting up a little and observing the world, but please be careful and don't leave them unattended!!

I bought a Bumbo seat for my 4-month-old son and he loves it! The seat is designed to use baby's own body weight to hold him up. Your child doesn't need to be able to sit up on his own to use this seat, he only needs to be able to hold his head up. The seat is very comfy, snug, and easy to to take on-the-go. My son loves to sit in his seat and interact with the family or even look at the TV for about 20 minutes at a time, or until he gets tired. It allows him to have a clear view of his surroundings, and this is something babies love and really need in order to explore and learn. We take the seat with us to Grammy's, friends, and even out to eat, when he is too young yet for a high chair and doesn't want to sit in the car seat the whole time.
Get one for your baby- you will be glad you did.

It's great! I use it to take a shower when no one else is home to watch my son, or he's not asleep. I just put it in the shower with me and put my son in it with the tray and give him some toys to play with. He can't get out and I can still wash him while he's sitting in it.
