Summary: Love it!! 2008-08-04
Comment: I love this high chair. It came mostly assembled only needing four screws or so. I was able to do this by myself, for once not needing my husband to put everything together! The wood stain is beautiful and coordinates great with our dining room furniture. The quality is also superb. I love too that it comes with an extra tray. If I could change anything it would maybe that the plastic tray didn't have to come completely off to get baby inside. (You could just extend the tray out as far as possible and slide baby between.) Instead maybe be attached at one end and rotate upward. I don't know though if they even make high chairs that do that. But overall this is a fantastic high chair!

Summary: Great high chair !! 2008-06-24
Comment: I absolutely love this high chair. I searched so long for a high chair and finally found what I really like. It is functional and beautiful at the same time. It was even nicer that what I expected. I would really recommend this product.

Summary: 3x's not the charm 2008-05-27
Comment: After having hand me down high chairs with my first two children, I thought I would indugle and register for this one with my third. It was a gift and as far as looks go I was super excited to finally have the "wooden" high chair I had always wanted. Unfortunately I should have done a little more research and not gone on just looks alone. It was big, bulky (rubber sliders on the bottom make it hard to manuever in the kitchen) and in complete agreement with other parents, it is very difficult to clean. My little guy couldn't use it till he was almost 5 mos old because of the lack of recline option, and the fact that the tray is up so high, his poor little arms couldn't lift high enough above the tray to play with toys or grab food when learning to self feed. The seatbelt is worthless in this and I have a travel chair liner that velcros behind the back holding my son in place. He is now 10 mos old and I have taken it to the garage in exchange for a friends highchair that her son has outgrown. It is exactly what I should have registered for in the first place, saving my friends who purchased it for me time and money. So in hopes of saving other parents/friends/family time and money do not waste it on this highchair and encourge moms-to-be to really take all things into consideration, not just looks. It looks nice, but isn't very practical at all..

Summary: Great High Chair 2008-05-20
Comment: We've been using this highchair for 2 1/2 years. I love it so much I'm reluctant to get rid of it now that my daughter no longer needs a high chair.
What's great about this chair:

Looks Great

Cleans Easily (I much prefer the fabric seat cover to plastic because I can just throw it in the wash.)

Has a tray insert that can be removed and dish washer cleaned.

It's sturdy.

Summary: The seatbelt is terrible! 2008-04-10
Comment: My sister bought this for her son, then passed it on to me when he outgrew it. We both hate it! My other sister has the same one and she doesn't like it either.

I like the look. I love the tray inserts and the pop out cup holders. I like that it has a mini tray when both the others are removed. The finish has held up just fine on mine.

I also don't like cleaning the side slats, but I'd deal with that for the look if the safety restraint was better.

The padded cover is piling. It looks faded and worn, but it has been washed a lot.

But the big con to me is the safety restraint. The seatbelt is ridiculously difficult. I've owned several feeding chairs, and this one is by far the most difficult to adjust to fit. My daughter is constantly standing in the chair. She wiggles out so quickly since she is very skinny. My sisters have both had the same issues. The other day she completely fell out of the chair. It is just frustrating and scary. I can't turn my back on her for a second when she is in it. I don't think she likes the tray height either, and that is why she is always trying to stand up. I am going to purchase a chair that has a seatbelt like you'd find in a stroller, a five point harness that will go up over her shoulders. One that will attach to our kitchen chair.

I took this out to the garage today. No more high chair for us. It just isn't worth the risk.
