Comment: We registered for this high chair because we thought that the wood would look nicer in our kitchen than a plastic one and it does. We have been very satisfied with its performance (we have been using it daily for over a year now).
Two things that I don't like though. One, the wood finish has chipped some. Two, the tray that is designed for easy cleaning is actually a pain. After the first few uses, we completely removed the top part of the tray because it was hard to click in and out and didn't make cleaning any easier. It is easy enough to wipe down the entire tray with a rag or move it to the sink for a good rinse off though.

Comment: I chose this high chair because I liked that it would blend in with the furniture in our dining room, but completely regret the decision. There's no padding behind my son's head (there was on previous models) so he's constantly banging his head on the hard wood back (sometime on purpose, sometimes by accident). While the tray insert snaps out for "easier" cleaning, the placement and size of the seam between the top and bottom pieces allows for a lot of food to get jammed in between, so I constantly have to take both pieces off to clean them. Sometimes I don't bother putting the top tray in because it just means more work for me to clean two pieces instead of one. The fabric is machine washable, but doesn't seem to be treated in any way, so it's not easy to wipe clean.
I wish I could get rid of it and get a new high chair, but unfortunately after spending $120 on this, another one just isn't in our budget. (As a side note, I've found that Eddie Bauer branded products in general look very nice, but aren't very good quality.)
