(I will be ordering a not so pink cover for our son)
The high chair cover is easy to remove and wash, which is nice, and the ability to fold up the high chair for storage is crucial in our small space. I love that the top of the tray comes off for easy cleaning, also comes in handy sometimes when my little one is trying to throw fist fulls of food or is done eating early and wants to play. Basket underneath is convenient storage for wipes and toys, although it tends to catch crumbs. The bottom tray can be hard to clip on but we almost never unclip this part as my daughter is content to slide in and out for now. All in all I am very happy with this chair and would definitely recommend it. 2 of 3 people found the following review helpful: Amazon Verified Purchase(What's this?) This review is from: Graco Cozy Dinette Highchair - Mulberry (Baby Product) This is a very attractive chair out of package. However, even at 5 months old I had trouble getting the smallest tray to come down without squishing my little girls privates. The chair's seat could certainly be deeper. Second, it is very difficult to secure the shoulder straps to the waist straps and holding them in place to secure them to the crotch strap while your baby is wiggling. It would be better if the shoulder straps actually snapped to the waist ones somehow or if the bar on the clip that the slid onto was a bit longer. Third, the top tray has to be removed rather than swinging open like the bottom tray. The bottom tray is very difficult to open or close one handed, which is how most moms have to do things... Even 2 handed they are difficult to open and close. My 5 month old is 18 lbs and there is no way I can slide her into the seat without opening the bottom tray. Fourth, There are spots on the top of the tray where toys can be...Read more 1 of 2 people found the following review helpful: By This review is from: Graco Cozy Dinette Highchair - Mulberry (Baby Product) I bought this highchair in a slight hurry, and wished I would have done a better job reasearching other options. The chair was easy to assemble, pretty to look at, folds away as promised, and was within my price range. I do have some complaints: (1) not all four wheels swivel (2) the lower tray is really hard to snap open and closed (always worried I will hurt the baby while snapping the tray) (3) when folding away the chair the rear wheel must be in a specific position or else the chair will fall over (4) the five point harness is virtually useless - shoulder straps are very difficult to attach to waist snap and can only be put together while the child is in the seat which is difficult to reach when the bottom tray is closed (5) may seem trivial but... the seat cover is a pain to clean/keep clean and an ever bigger pain to remove. I wish I could replace this chair but the return/exchange period has expired... if I could justify spending another $100+/- on a replacement chair,...Read more |
