Summary: Great chair, great idea, great service 2008-07-14
Comment: What an awesome idea - enable your toddler to climb in and out of his high chair on his own! Our 18-mo-old learned to climb in quickly, though it took him a couple of extra months to climb down. Now I just have to say, "Come on, baby, dinner time!" and he gets to be a big boy and get to the table on his own.
Though I experienced some assembly problems, customer service was very responsive and I was not left hanging.
We just had a new baby, and when she is big enough, will get her one too!
