Summary: Good idea, great concept, but... 2008-10-02
Comment: This is a wonderful item to have a with a child who refuses to sit in any type of chair for longer than a minute. It seems comfortable for my child, and we have not heard any complaints.

I would like to see the belt loops on the vest be reinforced, since they take the most abuse from a child trying to climb. Our loops are starting to unravel, but it is nothing that a quick run through a sewing machine can't fix. I would also like to see the shoulder straps be adjustable, as our child is on the small side. I think that it would also be nice to be able to strap your child down from the shoulders vs. from the waist. Most high chairs have waist straps, and we find that shoulder straps are useful.

The babygrip is too short to be of any use. Perhaps two would cover the area that would be in contact with a child, but the length of one is not enough.

Summary: Makes grocery shopping easier! 2008-09-05
Comment: This is a great produact and has definitely saved my sanity while out. It does a great job keeping my 14 month old daughter seated safely in grocery carts, high chairs, whatever! No more turning around and standing up. If I could change one thing the straps that go over the child's shoulders would be adjustable. But overall it's a great product that definitely met my expectations!

Summary: Cute and functional, BUT 2008-04-29
Comment: This product is really for bigger 10 month + babies. It is indeed functional. The T-buckle to adjust the grip is difficult to operate. I'm hoping to use the baby grip as my son starts walking and running.

Summary: Baby stay! 2008-02-09
Comment: When I turned around one day and found my son kneeling (and getting ready to stand) on his highchair tray I knew it was time to break out Jackaboo -- for active kids who wiggle their way out of straps or grocery cart seats, the Jackaboo is it. It's easy to put in place. The big velcro closure is strong and fast to use. I also travel with Jackaboo for whenever we end up somewhere and my child needs a safer alternative to whatever seating is available, the Jackaboo makes an instant retraint.
