Summary: I bought two 2007-09-04
Comment: I purchased two of these chairs, I use one at my home dining table for my 9 month old grandson, it is much easier than a highchair and cuts down on the amount of baby stuff to move out of the way. I have it attached to the table, it sits nice and close, it comes up around his shoulders so he is well contained, it weighs next to nothing and is easy to mount and unmount. They have a nice feature in the screw up deals on either side of the chair to make sure it stays where you put it. The other one is in his moms car for eating out. The only downside I could find was it didn't come with instructions for cleaning, and I haven't seen a way to remove the seat from the frame, but the material is great in the fact that you can simply wipe it or in the case of a really big mess, hose it off and let it air dry. Easy as pie! I like mine and I would definitely recommend and buy them for other people.

Summary: The chair is not as practical as it seems 2007-08-29
Comment: I thought this would be a perfect little portable chair for my 1 year old when we dine out so we don't have to rely on the dirty restaurant high chairs. To my dissapointment, this chair turned out to be more of a struggle than help and relief. First of all, when the chair is clampped to the table, it's not leveled like how the picture of the product shows. It will create a slight forward slope and the baby/kid will end up leaning forward and his cheat presses against the edge of the table all the time. I wouldn't feel good if I have to sit on a chair that leans forward for 1 or 2 hours or press my chest on the table. Second of all, the seat belt on the chair can't even tie my 1 year old down. He was able to climb out of his chair and onto the dinning table. How can I expect this chair will work when my baby turns 2? Lastly, the metal clamps are designed too close to each other, I would say, it's a little less than 1 ft of distance between each other. This creates a very limited room for the baby to eat with his hands and my baby constantly bumps his elbows to the metals. He doesn't like sitting in this chair at all. If I had bought it from a local store, I would have returned it long ago.

Summary: Not so good 2007-08-10
Comment: If your table has a lip that comes down, just a couple inches inside the bottome edge of the tabletop, forget this chair. It will fit on in most cases, but instead of being belly up to the table, the baby will sit 2-4 inches away from the edge. Also... this is not safe on a small table. My son barely weighs 22 lbs and just about flipped grandma's table over!
