Mahogany Tipp-Topp Highchair with Blue Pad

I received this chair a few days ago, and haven't used it with my son yet. But I would like to comment on the general quality and assembly of the chair.
The instructions come with pictures which are very gray and not exactly clear, and assmebly itself is not very easy, you definitely need help, and aligning the drilled holes with the screws is not easy, we had to apply some force between the two of us to make them align.
Also in the chair we got, the tray does not fit into the guides in the chair. If you fit the rails on one side, the other side is too tight (doesn't align with the guide by probably more than 1/8 inch). With some effort we were able to insert the tips of both rails, but then of course it won't slide in because it's too tight.
I haven't heard back from the vendor yet, I'm hoping I can get a new tray and not have to return the whole thing, because I'd have to take it appart.
