After selling the high chair we used for my first and second child but then ending up having another child, we needed a new one. I looked at a LOT of reviews before choosing a new high chair. At first I wanted one of the wooden Eddie Bauer ones because of the more adult look, but they got bad reviews. I hate the ugly kiddie-print high chairs. So when I came upon this one, which matched my aqua kitchen with espresso-stained furniture perfectly (and isn't an obnoxious pattern), I had to take another look. No, it's not wood. But it is significantly more attractive than most high chairs, and the dark brown plastic, plain aqau fabric, and metalic legs give it a more sophisticated look, for sure. (Incidentally, the shade of aqua is a bit more "dirty" than it appears in the picture. It's slightly...darker or greener?)
I'm glad I came upon this high chair (make sure you watch the you-tube video on this high chair. It'll win you over!) because this is absolutely the...Read more

Super easy to clean,

This is a sturdy, good quality high chair. I set it at the maximum height, and that works well with my counter-height dining table. But I like that it can also be adjusted lower for a more traditional-height table.
The tray can easily be removed with one hand (not too heavy), and I find it convenient that the tray can be stored on the back legs when not in use. They say the tray is dishwasher safe, but it is way too big to fit in my dishwasher so I think you would have to have an exceptionally large appliance in order for it to fit. It's nice that the arms of the chair fold up, so you can scoot baby right up to the table if you don't want to use the tray.
This high chair is super easy to clean. The fabric cushions are washable and easy to wipe. The chair is made of a sturdy foam that has absolutely no crevices. The straps are made of a semi-rigid plastic that will easily wipe clean (vs. the fabric straps on most chairs). Since the straps are semi-rigid and...Read more
Poor harness design hurts my son,

My 6 mo old is 20 lbs and 28" long. The buckle for the harness digs into his belly leaving a horrible red mark and swelling. The harness is all plastic. I can't remove the buckle so I taped it to the hump in the seat. I will have to either make a new harness or wait till he's bigger to use the chair. Also the hump in the seat seems a bit snug and doesn't leave much room in the seat. I am very disappointed in this $150 highchair. I begged my hubbie for it but I have to make it safe for my son. I do not recommend this chair.
