Summary: Huge high chair 2009-11-27
Comment: This high chair is overkill. Its a high chair, not a car seat. We live in NYC and the base takes up a lot of room. I read a few reviews and don't understand the tray problem. The tray hits our son comfortably and there is very little gap. The one handed tray lift isn't really one handed, especially while holding a child. My biggest surprise and gripe was the size of this thing.

Summary: Great chair 2009-05-21
Comment: This chair is great. I started using it for my 6 months old son and he loves it. And all the adjustments that this chair have will allow him to use it for long time. Easy to assemble, easy to use and clean. Highly recommend this product.

Summary: Great chair. MUST HAVE 2009-01-30
Comment: Great quality! I was completely satisfied with the purchase. The chair has so many useful functions and features. I use it all the time. My baby likes to sit in it while playing, eating, watching favorite cartoons. One note- orange color on the picture is actually red. But looks great:)

Summary: Not happy with this high chair 2009-01-28
Comment: I had great success with Peg Perego items with my first child, so went for them again with baby number two - this time adding in a Peg High Chair!!
I guess I chose brand over function!!
The most annoying thing about this chair especially now our little one is chosing to feed herself...is how far the tray is from your child! There is a sizable gap with no way to adjust the tray to bring it any closer. This inevitably means food...a lot of food, drops down the chair; and for me personally, fishing food out of a high chair is a rather unpleasant job!
The tray is way too big (wide); there is no way to fit this thing in a dishwasher - but it's also hard to fit over the sink to wash / wipe down which is much needed ...why does a child need a tray that is so wide? I would however, also be afraid to put the tray in the dishwasher if I even could as just a few initial wipe downs with a lysol wipe took off the Peg logo..so how would this thing stand up to a dishwasher?
The straps are hard to adjust and began to fray after 4 months which is scary as one needs the straps to hold up to long term use!
I had cheaper high chairs with my first...they were far more functional and for the cost, this was a huge dissapointment!

Summary: Nana Likes Perego Pappa Diner 2008-07-24
Comment: Tried out some of the more popular highchair models and was disappointed on the quality. Read several reviews; realized that I was correct many of them would need to be replaced for second or third children.
I was skeptical of the reclining feature on the Perego but after trying it find that it can be useful.
Tray is set high for a 6 mo old but since the tray functionally will be used more when feeding himself which is two or more months away I don't find it a hindrance. We use tray for my grandson to play with his toys after eating or while waiting and having to reach over the tray top to reach toys helps him learn to problem solve.
He likes the chair and I am very happy with the ease of set up, use and cleaning. Glad I chose this highchair. Price point not much over other models and since I won't need to replace it every grandchild I think it was worth the extra few dollars.
Good Points:
One hand tray removal (if wheel brakes locked)
One hand recline
Double tray hooks on back legs for storage
Vinyl seat for easy clean up
Comes pre-assembled except for wheel castors
Footprint fairly compact
Drawbacks:
No place for storing bibs or toys
