Summary: Favorite new baby gift 2008-10-31
Comment: have purchased many of these as baby gifts, and have two at home for visiting grandbabies. Kids love them, and so do I. Easy to store, lightweight, highly recommend.

Summary: Perfect for at home or on the go 2008-08-30
Comment: We've had this chair for a few months now and are thinking of getting another one for when we are out. Our 11mo son loves to sit at the table with us and eat our food/be part of the family.
pros- same height at the table, easy to use, good for limited space, compact with easy travel. Blue (we have this one) and Black don't show dirt as much. Have yet to find a table it doesn't work on. We even have a 2" hang that the chair will attach to without being a problem.
cons- if there is a chair underneath it- baby can stand up, so you need to be careful. Must use the straps or else sits sideways sometimes or stands up. Red (my friend has) shows stains more.

Summary: absolute necessity 2008-07-09
Comment: This is one of the best baby purchases we've ever made - we've had our first one for almost 6 years and it's still in great shape - we use it for our twins and we just bought another one so we have two now. Especially for anyone living in a small space (like us, we're in a NYC apt) these are invaluable, we use them instead of high chairs.

Summary: Would be a great chair, if it fit on tables! 2008-06-25
Comment: I have yet to find a table that this chair fits on. The clamps are only 2" wide, which means the only table it will fit on cannot be more than 2" thick. Also, it won't fit on a table with trim underneath or a designed edge. We traveled with this chair and tried it on 6 different tables and it didn't fit on any of them. I'm sure it would be a great chair once you find a table it will fit on.

Summary: great compact chair for home or travel 2008-02-24
Comment: Great space saver. Can use this in place of a standard high-chair and it will not take up any floor space, just one spot at the family table. Nice to have baby at eye-level for family meals. Our baby is not eating solids yet, but we put him in this while we eat dinner and he's much happier than if he's on the floor in his swing or infant seat. Feels like he's in on the action! This chair folds flat for travel - clamps swing in and seat folds down so the whole chair is about the size of a laptop computer when folded down. Easy to take out to restaurants or on vacation. You must have the right type of table to use it though - should have a clean surface (no tablecloth) with a 90-degree edge on the table (i.e. not a beveled edge, it will work but will 'sag' a little when baby placed in it, even though clamp is on very tight and will not come off). Most importantly, you need a lip on the edge of the table so you can push the clamp flush with table edge, and table top can't be to thick for clamp to fit. That being said, it fits most tables. I love it, and wish we hadn't bought a regular high chair because this will do the trick with much less space and expense, while allowing baby to be a part of the "family table" rather than partitioned off in a big high-chair with tray.
