We got our kiddo sleeping through the night at 4 weeks through a combination of swaddling, white noise, and routine. I'm the kind of person who was REALLY not doing well without getting a good night's sleep, so I had made that a high priority. Well our little Jude decided to learn how to roll over in the middle of the night while we were away on a trip last weekend. He can now roll from his back to his tummy and he's only 3.5 months old.

What he CAN'T do is roll from his tummy to his back or push himself up very well on his tummy. So for all of his naps and nighttime sleeps during the entire trip, he screamed and screamed and finally passed out from exhaustion. Comforting him and trying to rock him to sleep didn't help because he just wanted to be put down on his back (since that's what we'd conditioned him to). I wished we found this baby gear a little earlier. Since our little one turned 5 months, he always wanted to be taken out of his carseat/stroller and propped up on our laps so he can enjoy the sights too. We have a Bumbo which works great but is not compact enough for going out here in Europe where we take the trains and walk a lot as we travel. We got this when our wiggler was 8 months old and we've used this wiggle wrapper a handful of times, particularly at coffee shops - they don't have high chairs like restaurants do. It really holds the kiddo well to the chair as it wraps not only his butt but also his torso up to his armpits. This means he can't bounce backwards and hit his head against the hard chair backs. :) It'll also probably be handy to have on an airplane if there is an available seat - it holds the kid much better than the airplane seat belts, which you still unfortunately have to use. This wrapper is so convenient and easy to use! Really keeps baby snug and secure in any chair. I especially like that it has a no-slip backing because I have leather chairs and when I use this there is absolutely NO slipping or sliding even with my very squirmy 7 mo old. I paired this wrapper with the KABOOST Portable Chair Booster Chocolate and now my baby can sit at the breakfast bar with the rest of the family! This wrapper is so versatile, it folds up neatly into the carry case, it is super light and very easy to attach to any chair or shopping cart.
