Safety 1st Recline and Grow 5 Stage Booster Seat, Green

I bought this highchair specifically because of its small design yet ability to last for many years. Well...now I wish I would've purchased something else. The back pad got ripped off months ago by my curious toddler, its only held on with two tabs that are easy to either push thru the holes or to just rip off. The crack in the back where the seat & the back meet is very hard to clean if you have a little one that enjoys feeding themselves. & my biggest complaint is that the tray no longer locks into place so whenever my toddler doesn't want what I give her all she has to do is put her feet under the tray & kick & I have food all over my house. Its a cheap design & 16 mo after buying it I'm looking to replace it. I wouldn't recommend this product.

I just bought this chair, mainly because I wanted the space saving option. I really really like it! It is very easy to put together and install. So far my lil girl loves sitting up higher and eating with the family. We had a handmedown, but it took way too much space up.

After reading the one review about the pad for the seat, I can see where it might be torn off with a lot of force, I MEAN ALOT, but if you have your child buckled in, your child shouldn't be able to turn around pulling it apart. Also it is easy to take the back apart to clean, even inbetween the seat and the chair part, they are made to come apart to step up through the 5 stages.

I think if you like a nice space saving booster/highchair that is durable and easy to clean, then this is the one for you! This was a great seat until my son was about one, then he flipped the entire chair while he was in it. And i am not talking a light chair but a solid wood bar height chair. It sits very forward on the chair. After he flipped it, my niece did this as well in the one they have at their house. You have to have a very sturdy chair and it has to have an extremely large seat on it. I wouldnt recommend it to anyone after two er visits for children hitting their heads on either the table or the floor
