Scandinavian Child Svan Tray Cover

Comment: If you have recently purchased your Svan chair you don't need to buy one of these (your chair should come with one). It is identical to the one that will come in the box. We bought an extra just in case and have never used it (we have two Svan high chairs).

If you have an older chair that didn't come with a plastic tray cover this is a must have, it fits perfectly and is easy to wash.

Comment: If you are purchasing a svan high chair, this is a must have item. I purchased it with my Svan when my son was 6 months old, and now he's a little over a year. He is now at the age where he likes to smear his food into the tray, and without this plastic tray cover I'm not sure I'd be able to keep his tray clean.

Most days I just wipe it up, but about twice a week I snap it off and scrub it down in the sink. Our high chair looks practically new. I do have to scrub the edge of the wooden tray where the plastic cover ends, but I only do this about once a week. After 6 months of heavy use, my Svan looks brand new.

I really like the fact that it is a pthalate-free plastic, so it's healthier for my little guy.

Comment: It is difficult to snap off of the wooden tray & we still have to clean the wooden tray quite a bit.
