Svan High Chair from Scandinavian Child with Infant Kit and Cushion, Red Cushion with Mahogany Wood

In my opinion this is a piece of junk, it keeps loosening up no matter how much we tighten it and it really looks cheap. We would have been just as well off buying a regular highchair or a 50 dollar thing that you attach to a chair.

I've been really disappointed with the construction. We have to tighten the screws constantly. Even after having my husband do it, it still only takes a few weeks before everything is wobbly again. And my son is pretty relaxed in the chair, not moving around much while he's sitting down. The tray is too small. Some of my son's plates just barely fit within the lip of the tray and then there's not really room for his sippy cup. This won't even be an option when it comes time for messy art projects b/c there isn't enough space. It is nice b/c it blends in a bit as furniture and isn't a glaring piece of obnoxious baby gear, and it's small, although it doesn't fold. Unfortunately my measuring was off by 1/2 inch, so it doesn't even fit under our table like I had hoped. The snap off tray is nice for cleaning, although I hand wash b/c other reviewers have said theirs warped and no longer fit after putting it in the dishwasher. Also, BEWARE of the RED cushions!!! This was a gift for a friend's baby. Having seen the chair, it seems like quite a good one. Better than what one gets from mass-marketed brands. Also, it looks rather nice.
